About Me

Common humanity and kindness, alongside a trauma-informed skillset and experience, are necessary for an emotionally supportive and transformative therapy space.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Level 3 Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist specializing in trauma, grief & loss, life transitions, and relationships. I also help those using plant medicines for healing to process altered consciousness and integrate new insights.

In addition to IFS, I utilize other therapy modalities including Somatic Experiencing (SE), Coherence Therapy/Memory Reconsolidation, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and The Polyvagal Theory. Non-violent communication and Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFS relationship/couples therapy) informs my work with those seeking to resolve interpersonal conflict and do relationship repair. I hold Master’s Degrees in Public Health and Clinical Social Work, and I am a certified yoga teacher. I hold a certificate of completion in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) from the Polaris Insight Center.

Born and raised in Montana, I lived in the southwest for many decades before returning to the northwest and calling Oregon home. Yoga and meditation were my initial gateway back to my body and spirit after trauma and disconnection. I continue to practice both and enjoy moving my body through dancing, cycling and hiking. Nature reminds me that I’m connected to something beyond myself; laughter and connection with others who risk vulnerability are favorite ways to recharge.
